About The Juice
About MonaVie
Many companies only use the juice of the Acai berry, which is obtained through a clarification process that strips the nutrient-rich berry of its healthy fats and pulp. But Mona Vie uses Acai pulp and freeze-dried powder so you receive every nutritional benefit this super fruit has to offer. This ensures the most potent batches of Acai available arrive at our manufacturing facility in the
(Harvesting) The process begins with the harvesting of the Acai berry deep within the
(Processing) Acai is a powerful yet delicate fruit, and much of its vitamin and nutrient content can be lost within 24 hours after harvesting, if not properly cared for. To preserve its full complement of nutrients, our Acai is frozen soon after harvesting. This frozen Acai is then processed into our unique freeze-dried formula, the most effective and nutrient-dense form of Acai available.
(Formulation and bottling) Most companies use a process known as kettle pasteurization. This process involves heating the formula for several hours and can inadvertently “cook out” many of the nutritional properties. However, Mona Vie™ uses flash pasteurization in which the formula is rapidly heated, bottled, and cooled, thereby capturing the fresh flavors, vibrant colors, and beneficial properties of the blend.
A BOISTEROUS BOTTLE
NUTRITION IN A FLASH. Once blended, each batch of Mona Vie is prepared for consumption through flash pasteurization. In this advanced process, the formula is rapidly heated, bottled, and cooled to perfectly capture the fresh flavors, vibrant colors, and dense nutrient content of the blend. This type of pasteurization is nutritionally superior to kettle pasteurization - a process used by man companies- because heating the formula for long periods of time can inadvertently cook out the ingredients' nutritional properties. By utilizing flash pasteurization and the finest ingredients available, our scientifically advanced
facility is capable of preparing and bottling millions of bottles of our efficacious Acai blend each year.
A
